  • Other information provided by you (e.g., cover letter)

Your data will only be shared within our company with individuals involved in the recruitment process. Data will only be disclosed to third parties if legally required or if you have explicitly given your consent.

5.   Data Retention and Deletion

Your data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process. If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be deleted no later than six months after the recruitment process is completed, unless legal retention obligations apply. With your consent, we may retain your data longer to consider you for future job opportunities.

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG), you have the right to:

  • Request information about your stored personal data

  • Request the correction or deletion of your data

  • Request the restriction of data processing
